Athlete Admittance Ticket:  CLICK HERE You will show it on your phone that your screen is Green (GO) with the players name on it with the date of the practice/event.  This will be done for everything we do until further notice.

Apex online waiver:  CLICK HERE 

Training/Practice Procedures:

-Arrive 15-20 minutes before start time to go through Apex screening in your car.

-Use the West (2nd) Entrance (first entrance as you come off rt. 206 is a construction entrance)

-When motioned to come over please head to the Main Tent for the final screen with us and show your admittance ticket on your phone.

-All player and coaches need to wear a mask from their car to the tent and then onto the field

-All players are assigned a field area

-Head to the field after the coach tells you 

-Please use the correct enter and exit area for each field (see map)

-Coaches will tell you where to leave your water bottle (name on it) and gear on the sidelines

-Keep 6ft apart until the session starts

-When rotating wait for the coaches to tell you to leave for the next station

-Do not touch the cones, ladders, etc.  Coaches will pick up and lay down any equipment used in drills

-When your session is over please leave the field immediately via the exit for your field.

-Pick up will occur in the south parking lot.  Parents do not drive up to field 1 or 2 to pick up as the next group is coming on
